Gratuity=Nill
Pension=Nil
NPS Pension=650 PM, (without D.A)
Leave encasement=2 LAKH (But DDO first clear the dues of Bank)
Compensation job= daily wages for survivor.(But it is pie in the sky)
tax on leave encasement if it exceeded 3 lakh.
But in the old pension scheme.
Gratuity=1.5 lakh
pension=10000 pm
Leave encasement=2 lakh
Job for survivor.
NO tax on leave encasement.
